📍Shower Tray Replacement & Repair
🛠️ Identified major movement in the shower tray causing leakage. Removed the existing tray to expose inadequate framework from a previous installation. Installed a new reinforced framework and fitted a new shower tray.
📍Garden Outhouse Plumbing Installation
🛠️ Completed a new plumbing installation for a garden outhouse. Ran a new rising main through to the external manhole and installed a toilet, basin, point-of-use heater, and macerator system. Connected the cold water supply and ensured full system functionality.

🛠️ Carried out a full inspection and service of the foul water pump system, checking components, cleaning the chamber, and testing operation to ensure efficient performance and potential breakdowns.
